I am Ryosuke Hirota, the 7th generation owner of Yamashiroya. Located in Oita, Kyushu, we have specialized in “hidden gems” of the region for 168 years. I personally visit the production sites, listen to the producers’ stories, and only offer products that I am truly satisfied with.
We deliver the charm of these products not only to our local community but also to fans of Kyushu Oita across Japan and to everyone worldwide who loves high-quality “Made in Japan” products.

Perfect Score in the Sake Tasting Championship
In the National Sake Tasting Championship, I continued to challenge for the honor that no other sake shop had ever achieved. In the 38th Oita competition, I finally accomplished a perfect score. In addition to introducing sake selected with an expert palate, we also carefully select health-conscious beverages and food products.
